Choosing gluten free food is becoming an important consideration for a growing number of people.
My philosophy is that if I can make a product Gluten Free without compromising on taste or quality, then I will do so.
All my curry pastes have been analysed (using the E.L.I.S.A. method) and have been certified as containing "no detectable gluten".
In any of my products where vinegar is used as an ingredient, the type of vinegar is clearly specified in the list of ingredients to provide you with extra assurance.
